Get in touch with your inner Viking! This is our Scandinavian-inspired tribute to the Battle of Maldon in 991 AD when Viking raiders defeated the local Anglo-Saxon army. In the smokehouse we use a classic Nordic blend of beech, alder and juniper. This produces a sophisticated taste of subtle smokiness with a deliciously sweet finish. Our Juniper smoked salmon is sliced in the classic D-Cut style and a whole side weighs in excess of one kilo. The shelf life is 20 days from the date of delivery.
