When do we deliver?

Our deliveries are made by an independent nationwide courier across mainland UK from Tuesday through to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Right now, though, we are unable to provide an overnight delivery service into Northern Ireland.

What if you’re not at home?

No worries, just specify where you would like the driver to leave your items on delivery.

There’s a section for writing in these details on our online checkout page. For example, a box could be left with a chosen neighbour or in the garden shed.

How will my order be packed?

Your smoked items will be vacuum-packed with an ice pack inside an insulated recyclable box.

It will also contain a fleece liner made from 100% pure wool designed for shipping perishable food at an ideal temperature-controlled condition.

When is your deadline for Christmas orders 2021?

The very last day you can place an order is by midday on Wednesday December 22nd.

That means there will be no more deliveries to home addresses after Thursday December 23rd.

However, please bear in mind that this deadline is subject to change and could be brought forward if demand proves exceptionally strong.

We would therefore strongly advise customers to place their Christmas orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Alternatively, if you live in the area, you can pick your order up from the smokehouse.

We will be open for collections throughout the working week up until midday on Friday December 24th.

Can we come to your smokehouse and buy from there?

Customers are more than welcome to come down and buy straight from the smokehouse.

Typically, we’re open between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Can you freeze smoked salmon or smoked eel?

Yes – you can freeze items on arrival, but once defrosted they must be consumed within three days. We would not recommend freezing our smoked products for more than three months.
