Our delivery costs are a very competitive £5.50 for any order less than £80 in total.
The delivery is made completely free of charge for any order totalling £80 or more.
You can place your order online whenever you want and choose whichever date suits but bear in mind we only deliver from Tuesday through to Friday excluding any bank holidays.
Please note too that we are unable to deliver via courier on the day directly following a bank holiday.
If possible please ensure that either yourself or your recipient is able to accept the delivery, or that you include specific instructions on where it should be left in our Delivery Notes box on our online checkout page.
Be aware that because of the chilled nature of the product the courier company must complete the delivery and will not take it back to their depot.

Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (for example, wrong or incomplete delivery address; incorrect or missing phone number).
You can request a delivery to Northern Ireland but we are unable to offer a next day service. Typically a delivery would take between two and three days.

Your goods will be delivered in envelopes using high-performance wool insulation contained within hygienically sealed and recyclable food grade film. The insulation is provided by 100% natural wool fibres maintaining the desired cool temperature in transit. Woolcool ‘smart fibre’ insulation liners are created by washing, scouring and needle felting natural fleece.
