Maldon Cure Smoked Salmon – Long Slice


As an alternative to our classic D-Cut, some chefs request that we long slice their sides of smoked salmon instead. So we’ve now decided that private customers should have the same option. Essentially the smoked salmon is laterally or horizontally sliced in thin layers along the entire length of the fish from head to tail. Certainly this style provides added flexibility in terms of presentation. Typically a whole side weighs in excess of one kilo.
