Empowered by a passion for the traditions of smoking salmon and smoking eel, we never stop refining and adapting the techniques of what we do. Yes, everything takes time, but our range of smoked salmon is now critically-acclaimed and a winner of multiple awards. Our Maldon Cure smoked salmon and Maldon Deep smoked salmon have featured on the menus of many five star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Our sweet Juniper smoked salmon is an awards winner too. Known as The Maldon Collection, we believe together it’s the best smoked salmon you’ll find online. Our oak smoked eel is another firm favourite of food lovers who cherish this ultimate smoked delicacy. In 2020, the hard work really paid off, and we moved into a spectacular new purpose-built smokehouse facility. It’s a fabulous home allowing us to perfect the craft of smoking salmon and smoking eel (and more) for years to come.
