Exciting news, our Maldon Deep smoked salmon has made headlines in the national press. It featured in The Sunday Telegraph as part of an article on the very best unsliced sides of smoked salmon to order for the festive season. It was described as “intensely rich and decadent with a lovely balance of smoke.”
Naturally, we blush with professional pride when our products are lavishly praised, but it’s got to be said our Maldon Deep is popular.
It’s been on double Michelin-starred Marcus Wareing’s December menu at The Berkeley in Knightsbridge on several occasions.
And back in 2017, it won the smoked fish category at The Great British Food Awards.
