Savernake Salmon Knife

We are thrilled to present you with our unique salmon knife from the knife-maker Savernake. Based in a converted sawmill on the edge of the Savernake Forest in Wiltshire, Savernake designs and manufactures knives through a combination of artisanal skill and aerospace technology producing knives for Michelin starred chefs, enthusiastic amateurs, family cooks and food professionals the world over. We can think of no better collaborator to celebrate our 10th anniversary.
