Gold stars shine on trout and kippers at Great Taste Awards

Hold back the tears, folks, Lambton & Jackson have scooped four gold stars at this year's prestigious Great Taste Awards. Billed as the Oscars for food producers, our smoked trout and kippers received two gold stars each, reflecting the dedication, craftsmanship and passion put into every smoked fillet of fish. No wonder judges hailed them as "superb and a delight."
