With a gastronomic nod to the coronation of 1953, a carefully curated blend of spices combine to produce a smoked salmon of wondrous complexity befitting the grandest of royal celebrations.
It’s a revival of a cure that we exclusively produced for The Dorchester last year as part of the London hotel’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Inspiration for the Coronation Cure comes from Adam Blackett, owner of the Black Pig Farm Cafe here at Chigborough and super talented chef who in a previous kitchen life worked under the legendary Albert Roux.
Adam’s Coronation spice mix includes coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, sea salt, ginger, cumin powder, cloves and allspice.
Ideal for party gatherings large and small, our Coronation Cure smoked salmon is made for canapes, afternoon teas and much more besides.
Hand-sliced in the sashimi style, our Coronation Cure smoked salmon is available in either 200g or 400g packs.
