It’s here, Lambton & Jackson’s Cherrywood smoked salmon has arrived on the website. Infused with the subtle perfume of cherry, it’s our fruitiest number yet. Awarded a gold star at this year’s Great Taste Awards it’s also impressed some of the finest professional palates in the land.
It can be found on the same page as our Gravlax, which by the way is a finalist in this year’s Great British Food Awards. The Cherrywood smoked salmon has been available to buy in shops for some time and given the very positive feedback we could hold back no longer.
So now you too can sample this aromatic joy. Smoked in customised barrels on a small scale, the Cherrywood smoked salmon is currently sold in either 200g or 400g packs. A must try in our view for all you adventurous smoked salmon lovers.
